FonSwitch, LLC was structured as a holding company so that healthcare operations, healthcare education, technology consulting, and real asset management could each be run by focused, division-specific leadership — while still operating under a single registered, accountable parent entity.

That structure is what allows the company to move between a hospital operations engagement, a certification training program, an IT infrastructure project, and a real estate portfolio review, without any of those capabilities being diluted by the others. Each division has its own brand, its own site, and its own client relationships. FonSwitch, LLC is the entity of record behind all of them.
